Shipping & Returns

 

 

Sometimes you love it online, but want a different color or size when it finally arrives! No worries, Rustic & Refined ships to all 50 states of the U.S. for a flat rate of $5.00 per shipment and orders totaling more than $50.00 ship free. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. but will happy to discuss this upon special request!

 

We accept returns and exchanges for items that have been unworn with no signs of physical damage (unless received as damaged or defective) and with tags still intact. All returns and exchanges must be made within the following ranges: up to 15 days from the original ship date for a full refund to the payment method provided at the time of purchase (please see your packing slip or email confirmation of shipping for this date), up to 30 days from the original ship date for full store credit or exchanges on the items returned.

 

Returns and exchanges must be made in the original packaging and a RMA label will be provided upon requesting to send items back or returns can be made in our physical store for an expedited process (please note that all in-store returns and exchanges from an online purchase will require a member of management to assist).

 

Once a return has been processed, expect funds to be deposited within 1-3 business days or an email will be sent containing store credit information depending on the type of return. 

 

Returns and exchanges are free of charge up to once per order; if items need to be returned or exchanged more than once it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping those items back or items may be brought back in our storefront as many times as necessary. 

 

Orders placed before 1pm CST will be shipped the same day and orders placed after this time can expect for their order to ship the following business day, barring any holidays or delays. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS and UPS (other carriers may be used upon request or under special circumstances) and all orders placed after 4pm CST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
