By submitting your application to be a part of Rustic & Refined's brand ambassador program (Refined Reps), you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to the terms & conditions of this program.

This program allows you to monetize your user-generated content on social media by providing a personalized coupon code on your social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). You are eligible to receive a commission when customers purchase from our website using your code. This code and commission is not applicable to orders and purchases made in our Tompkinsville, KY OR Bowling Green, KY brick & mortar (B&M) storefront.

The terms of the agreement may be modified at times, in which you may terminate your participation in the brand ambassador program if you do not agree.

To be eligible, Applicants/Ambassadors must:
• Be at least 18 years of age to participate in the program.
• Have a public social media (Instagram/Facebook/etc.) platform.
• Have a PayPal account to receive commission earnings.
• Not be repping another company.

You must comply with the terms of this agreement in order to participate in the program and to receive commissions.

We reserve the right to use any and all photos/videos provided in all brand advertisements and social media posts (i.e. flyers, Facebook ads, Instagram or Facebook posts, billboard advertisements, etc.)

Participation term in this program is 3 months, where you're more than welcome to extend at the end!

Unique coupon codes and links (example: Tori15 for 15% off your online purchase) cannot be posted via comments/etc. to Rustic & Refined social media posts. Your unique promo code/link is only to be used in promotional posts from your personal social media account(s) and/or to be posted in your profile. Your promo code/link must be personal to you - you may not use codes currently or previously promoted by Rustic & Refined. Coupon codes may not be stacked with each other, our system will not allow it, so (for example) free ship codes may not be stacked with your unique code.

Adding your coupon code/link to any coupon and savings site is strictly prohibited; we will monitor this closely. Doing so may result in termination of your role in the ambassador program. The goal of this program is to reach new customers and spread the word about our brand to family, friends, and followers!

Your unique coupon code/link may be used on your own orders, but you will not receive a commission for your own purchases. We regularly review all orders - the commission will be denied if the name/shipping address/email address/etc. match that of your own. If we suspect you are deliberately trying to get around this by making a commission off of your own orders (such as using your significant other's email address) your partnership with the program will be immediately terminated.

Your breach of this agreement and its terms, or in connection with this agreement (such as PayPal or social media community guidelines) will result in the termination in partnership with the program and gives us (Rustic & Refined Boutique) the right to permanently withhold any commissions, rewards, or free merchandise.

A base commission of no less than 10% of the amount paid by the customer to R&R, before shipping and taxes, on all qualifying purchases will be paid to you. Qualifying purchases to receive commission are purchases in which a customer uses your unique coupon code or follows you direct link to make a successful purchase on www.shoprandr.co - unique ambassador coupon codes are not valid in store and do not qualify as a commissionable purchase. For example, if a customer places an order for $100 using your 15% off coupon code, the order total (before shipping and taxes) would equal $85. You will be eligible to receive a total commission of $8.50 from that purchase (10% of $85 before shipping and taxes).

We may occasionally incentivize our brand ambassadors with special offers such as increased commission rates for a period of time or free additional promotional product for a period of time. (Example: brand ambassadors may be notified that they can earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases for a limited time.) These incentives will have a clearly outlined with a start and end date (or deadline) and will not be permanent changes.

Commissions will be paid to ambassadors in US dollars via PayPal (only) approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar month in which said commissions were earned. In order to receive payment, you must reach a $50 threshold. You, as a brand ambassador, are solely responsible for any PayPal fees, and any and all taxes involved. We are not responsible for any commissions or payouts not received by you due to termination or suspension of your PayPal account.

Payouts begin on the 1st of the following month in which commissions were earned. For instance, commissions earned in March will be paid out beginning April 1st, respectively. If the 1st falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), payouts will begin on the next business day. Please allow 2-5 business days for your payment to be received once payouts begin on the 1st, as we have no control over payment processing times.

We may withhold or deduct any taxes we may be legally obligated to deduct or withhold from any amounts payable to you under this Agreement. We may request tax information from you from time to time. If tax info is requested and you do not provide it to us, we reserve the right to hold any amounts otherwise payable to you in connection with the Program until you provide the required information or have otherwise been confirmed that you are not a person from whom we are required to gather tax information.

You agree and acknowledge that by joining this program, Rustic & Refined customers do not become your customers by virtue or association of your participation in the Refined Reps brand ambassador program. You agree not to handle any customer service with customers regarding their orders, questions, or otherwise general customer service related contact and instead will direct them to contact us directly at sales@shoprandr.co.

Ambassadors are required to post at least once per week on a social media platform of their choice (encouraged to use Instagram and/or Facebook). As you're required to purchase at least twice a month from us, you'll be required to return clear imagery and IG story-style try ons featuring all the items bought from your recent purchase at R&R. Further requirements or guidelines will be laid out clearly in a separate consent form ambassadors must complete once upon approval to participate in the program. Accounts with inactivity exceeding 30 days will be terminated.

If you engage in behaviors and/or actions that go against community guideline policies on social media, or are generally problematic or offensive in nature (online or off), we reserve the right to immediately terminate your participation in the program.

The terms of this Agreement begin upon your approval to join the Refined Reps program. At any time, either you or we may terminate this agreement with or without cause by giving the other party written notice of termination. Please send written notice regarding termination to sales@shoprandr.co
