Can you pick up an online order in store?
Some of our products are web exclusives, meaning they may not be available in our brick and mortar. However you can purchase any product online and choose in-store pickup at checkout to have your order ready at our physical location in one hour. Our warehouse is located right next to our brick and mortar store, so this isn’t a problem!
How do you return an item?
We accept returns for a refund 15 days after the ship date. For store credit, you have up to 30 days from the ship date. To return an item, reach out to us with the details of the product you’d like to send back and our customer service representatives will quickly respond with instructions.

How do you know what size to order?
Since we carry a few different brands in our store, we know it can be tough to figure out your size in each one. The product description will help you figure out if an item runs true to size, a little bigger, or a little smaller.

Do you offer monogramming?
We do offer embroidered monogramming on select items free with your purchase. Monogramming on purses, clutches and accessories includes a small extra fee. Keep your eyes open for additional monogramming options in the future. You’re always welcome to bring outside items to our brick and mortar to take advantage of our embroidery services for a flat rate fee (on standard monograms).
